What is Art Therapy?
Art therapy is a therapeutic approach that uses creative processes, such as painting, drawing, and other forms of artistic expression, to help individuals explore their emotions, improve mental health, and work through psychological challenges. It combines principles of psychology with the creative process, allowing clients to communicate feelings that may be difficult to articulate through words.

Who I Work With

Individuals
Individual therapy provides a safe space to explore
emotions, manage anxiety, stress, depression, or
trauma, and build self-esteem and resilience. We
focus on self-care, emotional regulation, and
navigating life transitions such as parenthood,
menopause, or aging. Therapy helps you process challenges, regain balance, and cultivate self compassion, empowering you to live with clarity,
confidence, and authenticity.

Couples
Couples and family therapy strengthens
communication, rebuilds trust, and fosters
understanding. We work on conflict resolution,
attachment, and navigating life transitions such as
parenthood or changing family dynamics. Therapy
helps partners and families reconnect, express
emotions with empathy, and develop stronger
bonds. The focus is on creating supportive,
respectful, and fulfilling relationships, helping
everyone feel heard, valued, and emotionally
connected.

Children & Young Adults
Therapy helps children and teens understand and
express emotions, manage behaviour, and build
coping skills. We address attachment issues, self-esteem, anxiety, and social pressures while
supporting healthy development. Parents and
